• To respond to your enquiry and design a tailored proposal.
• To send you our newsletter, where you have opted in.
• To arrange and deliver the travel services you book with us.
• To comply with our legal and accounting obligations.

4. Legal basis (GDPR)

We process your personal data on the basis of (i) your consent (newsletter, optional marketing), (ii) the performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps (responding to enquiries, arranging travel), (iii) our legitimate interests in operating and improving our service, and (iv) compliance with our legal obligations under Italian and EU law.

5. Sharing with third parties

We share your personal data only with the partners and service providers necessary to deliver your journey and operate our website. We do not sell your personal data. Current categories of recipients include:

• Travel partners — hotels, golf clubs, ground operators, transfer companies and guides in Italy and other destination countries.
• Hosting & database (Lovable Cloud / Supabase) — website hosting, form storage and email infrastructure, hosted in the EU.
• Email delivery (Resend) — transactional and notification email delivery (EU/US, governed by Standard Contractual Clauses).
• Cloudflare — DNS, CDN and security protection (global network).
• Professional advisors — accountants and legal counsel where required.

6. International transfers

Because our journeys and clients are international, some of your personal data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area — for example to travel partners in the United States, United Arab Emirates, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, the United Kingdom, or other destination countries, and to certain service providers.

Where this happens, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards: European Commission adequacy decisions where available, Standard Contractual Clauses with our processors, or — in the case of travel partners — the contractual necessity derogation under Article 49(1)(b) GDPR (transfer necessary to perform the contract you have asked us to arrange on your behalf).

7. Data retention

• Enquiries that do not lead to a booking: up to 24 months from last contact, then deleted or anonymised.
• Bookings and related correspondence: 10 years, as required by Italian fiscal and accounting law.
• Newsletter subscriptions: until you unsubscribe.
• Server and security logs: up to 12 months.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, port or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

We use TLS encryption for all data transmitted to and from this website, restrict access to personal data to authorised personnel and processors, and store data on EU-hosted infrastructure with industry-standard access controls. No system can be guaranteed fully secure, but we continuously work to protect your information.
